How to be more fuel-efficient.

Diesel generator set is fuel-cost equipment, while the fuel cost is not cheap currently. Many users are trying every to lower fuel consumption. So, how to make a diesel generator more fuel-efficient?

1. Try to make the fuel fully burned, namely the service power should reach 80% of the output power.

2. Try to control the injection pump and avoid too much oil supply.

3. Try to keep a proper engine oil level inside speed controller, or the rotor will “fly” because of exceeding oil supply

In addition, special attention must be paid if the generator is smoking which indicates abnormal working condition that has to be dealt with immediately.

Generator set can be fuel-efficient only if it’s in a perfect working condition, so as to lower cost and reduce environmental pollution.
